Swedish Match North America Inc., a consumer packaged goods (CPG) producer and market leader of cigars and a broad assortment of smokeless tobacco products including snus, iscurrently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist - 2nd shift for the Owensboro, KY Quality Assurance department.
This position will support manufacturing and quality through maintenance, monitoring and verification of quality systems.
The successful candidate must be able to work 2nd shift, 3:30pm - Midnight, Monday - Friday.
_Responsibilities include:_
Provide production samples to the quality and analytical department for testing. Coordinate routine testing of in-process and finished products. Communicate results, trends, or concerns to appropriate personnel and coordinate, monitor and validate control of nonconforming products or materials.
Develop a work scheduling system that responds to priorities and daily requirements in each inspection and test location.
Evaluate and verify test methodology and instrument accuracy in assessing quality of finished product. Establish effective lines of communication and feedback with manufacturing supervisors, R&D; and QA to ensure prompt attention and resolution of conditions that adversely affect quality throughput.
Assist with the development, documentation, monitoring and measuring of quality systems and ISO related programs. Assures that manufacturing and manufacturing support work procedures remain current, that product and processes adhere to established requirements, and recommends corrective/preventive actions or improvements.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes, equipment, and quality management procedures.
Provide fill-in or assure coverage for routine quality testing and Consumer Relations Call Center Attendant.
Maintain the necessary knowledge of Call Center procedures, practices, routine and non-routine issues to properly address consumer calls.
Coach and train others for job related tasks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
