THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

Responsible for providing process engineering guidance and support for the plant
Responsible for the application of cost reduction efforts, plant efficiency determinations and standard cost development analysis
The process engineer will develop systems, methods and practices to safely manufacture a quality product at a competitive price
This individual will be responsible for interfacing with other areas of the organization to drive continuous improvements in the manufacturing processes

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Minimum of two years of experience as process engineer in manufacturing
Strong understanding and application of OPS principles
Strong knowledge and expertise of engineering methods and concepts
Excellent PC skills required, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Team Player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
