Driver File Team LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability) at our headquarters in Owensboro, KY.
This role will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and have responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Knowing current processes and insuring they are running smoothly Removing barriers of the team/Creatively problem solving Being an Ally of each team member Prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and team members Organizing and coordinating projects Developing new systems and processes Folks who work well in our environment are ambitious go-getters who are disciplined and have an ongoing willingness and desire to learn and grow, both professionally and personally.

Compensation is commensurate with talent at the time of hire and increases based on individual skill level, proven results, and added responsibilities.
