Job Description:
As a Mailing Operator at Greenwell Chisholm, you will play a pivotal role in our print and mailing operations, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of printed materials to our clients' target audiences.
You will work in a dynamic environment with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence.
Working in a manufacturing / print shop area Key
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-speed mailing and finishing equipment.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust machines to meet production requirements.
- Monitor quality control, ensuring all materials meet our high standards.
- Prepare and organize materials for mailing, including folding, inserting, and labeling.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of print materials.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Work with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, lifting to 50 lbs.
Previous experience in commercial print and mailing operations is a plus.
Proficiency in operating printing and mailing equipment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
