In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision we are currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our Leaf Warehouse location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receipt of all incoming goods, verification of packing list against purchase orders and/or delivery manifests and accurate data entry of receipts.
Responsible for coordination of out bound goods to the factory and other as necessary.
Responsible for monthly cycle counts of all materials warehoused for factory operations, as well as work in process items.
Responsible for accurate record keeping to comply with SOX compliance and Internal Audit best practices.
Works with the Assistant Manager of Leaf Operations to execute tobacco sales orders and raw tobacco reconciliations.
Provides coverage for the Assistant Manager of Leaf Operation during absences.
Supports submission of tobacco analytical test samples and Early Warning Sample system entry and data retrieval.

Education:
Minimum High School/GED
Experience:
Accounting, record keeping, file maintenance, Microsoft Word/Excel, and knowledgeable of inventory control Skill:
Must be attentive to detail and capable of working with minimum supervision.
