Provide prompt and accurate assistance to clients in person, via phone, or through electronic communication.
Policies and Coverage:
Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage details, and assist in selecting appropriate options tailored to their needs.
Claims Handling:
Initiate and process claims, ensuring efficient and effective resolution for clients.
Documentation and Records:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information.
Problem Solving:
Address client concerns and provide solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that align with client needs.
Requirements Customer Service
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
