As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our Third Party Contractors and Tradespeople to oversee project scope, budget, and timeline.
Your main objective is to deliver exceptional service and ensure the completion of high-quality, cost-effective repairs.
Project Managers will be responsible for keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
You will also handle ongoing issues and follow up on existing orders within a specified geographic region, working out of our HQ in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Your
Responsibilities:
Supervise the completion of a substantial volume of Maintenance Work Orders within a specified region.
Strategize and execute timely, high-quality project completions while adhering to budget constraints and meeting client expectations.
Provide clear and concise instructions to Third Party Contractors using various technology platforms and a deep understanding of various trades and maintenance scopes.
Oversee labor, equipment, and material costs to ensure projects remain within budget and adhere to quality standards.
Manage labor negotiations and administration with field-based contractors.
Develop and monitor project schedules.
Coordinate and oversee material and equipment acquisitions.
Your
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Residential Home Maintenance, Project Management, or a related field within Real Estate/Property Management.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to high-performance standards.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong ability to interact effectively with others.
Comfortable with scheduling and directly collaborating with Contractors.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of thriving in a high-energy team environment.
Ability to multitask and adapt, with autonomous prioritization skills.
Encourage an environment conducive to change and promote the open exchange of ideas for process improvement.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Sheets (Pivot Tables), Gmail, Google Calendar, KPI dashboards, and Project Software.
Knowledge of general contracting, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping, and irrigation systems is a valuable asset.
