Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the final products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a printing or graphic design industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using basic office software.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related coursework is a plus.
