Must have High School diploma or G.

Possession of valid driver's license and insurable driving record Currently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided) Complete all training required by the Division of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (training provided) Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to:
1.
Getting dressed 2.
Toileting and hygiene needs 3.
Feeding 4.
Assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility 5.
Meal planning and preparation 6.
Communicate with the assigned case manager on a regular basis and as needed 7.
Frequently lift and/or move 50-75 pounds while assisting individuals with movement, repositioning, or care Other important information:
