Maintenance management skills Be able to manage on-site and off-site maintenance personnel Past employee review experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Accustomed to giving oral and written instructions to personnel Good Steward of Resources Strong influence in Safety practices and design High level maintenance and mechanical expertise desired Past experience that includes diagnoses and repair of machinery and rebuilding/refurbishing machines inhouse Rebuilding of existing equipment including decommissioning and installing new equipment Ability to troubleshoot and give technical guidance and support Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to have diagnostic conversations with machine manufacturers/suppliers Preventive maintenance Monitor and measure equipment reliability PLC knowledge - systematic approach with visual/alert approach for plant(s) Daily scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Corrective action procedure for equipment Develop, document and maintain written maintenance procedures Working knowledge, set up, managing and control of maintenance tracking/reporting system Beneficial Skills and Experience In Failure Analysis Creative Problem Solving Lean manufacturing experience to understand the most efficient placement/organization of machinery and equipment resulting in maximum productivity Creative Set Ups, Equipment Usage, Fixture/tooling Design and Construction Good Internet Searching and Networking Skills Familiarity with robotics Must be able to travel to other locations and be able to communicate with suppliers as related to equipment. Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience that includes leadership responsibilities. Two/four-year related degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.
