Summary:
Skilled maintenance worker who performs essential maintenance and general upkeep tasks throughout facilities.
This position is responsible for a wide variety of activities such as:
preventative maintenance, repairs, and clean up to ensure that facilities are functional, safe and tidy.
Skills:
Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a corporate, office or shared residential setting.
Working knowledge of and experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems.
Experience working with tools and equipment, including hand and electrical tools.
Ability to assist with assembling, moving and relocating furniture and equipment as assigned.
Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be professional, patient and respectful to clients, coworkers and contractors at all times.
General passion for and ability to provide creative problem-solving.
Minimum
Qualifications:
